You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to get results. ‼️

Yesterday my 9am got cancelled, so I had an hour break after school drop off before a full day of clients. I was way out in Goleta (away from my gym) so I had the choice of going to get another coffee or doing something productive instead. I wasn’t wearing my “good” running shoes and didn’t have a route mapped out… but I decided to go for a run around Lake Los Carneros. 20 minutes, easy pace, got to soak in this beautiful scenery. ☀️ It made the world of a difference for my mood and mindset for the rest of the day. My point is that everyone can carve out time in their day for 10-20 minutes of exercise… and it’s worth every second.
