When we are pregnant we are ultra flexible, but as relaxin starts to leave the body, our muscles, ligaments and joints may tighten up leading to new aches and pains that you never had before. Many ladies also have sciatica that starts during pregnancy and lingers after, which can be super annoying. Follow along to learn more!
