This quick and easy circuit will help you tone and sculpt your arms in 12 minutes.
Do 30 seconds of each exercise. Rest 10 seconds between exercises. Don’t forget to do both sides!
1️⃣Single arm shoulder press with squat
2️⃣Bicep curls
3️⃣Overhead tricep extensions
4️⃣Rows
Rest 1 minute and repeat
Need a timer? There are tons of tabata timers online that are easy to use.
