The difference between people who stay on track and recover and those who struggle after a setback.
If you are injured, whether it’s a minor tweak or recovering from surgery there are always things to do to help with your recovery and get you back to doing what you want to do.
It can be something as simple as focusing on your diet to decrease inflammation and promote healing or maybe changing up your workout routine so you can still move your body without making the issue worse.
