I didn’t have a whole lot of time to workout today…

So when I was faced with the decision to a) sit in my warm car for half an hour and wait for my client or b) sneak in a quick workout…. You know what I WANTED to do. ?

But I decided on a 20 minute workout instead. Because I knew it would give me the energy and pep I needed for the rest of my day.

Don’t underestimate what you can do in 20 minutes !!!
