It’s okay to have a busy work week.

It’s okay to take a couple days off because you’re sick, the kids are sick or your partner is down for the count.

It’s okay to only get in 10 minutes of exercise before baby wakes up.

The holiday season can be hard to get ALL your workouts in, but the bottom line is, as long as you are doing something, you are making progress and you should be so proud of that.
