I meant to post this last week…. but time is just a social construct these days apparently 🤦🏼♀️😂 Going back to my ergonomic chat this drawing pretty much sums it up!! My biggest recommendation — lumbar support. You can roll up a towel or order one online. I find the simple fixes like this are way more effective than fancy ones.
Another tip is to raise your monitor to eye level. This will help prevent forward neck flexion and take some of the pressure off the muscles of the neck (last thing we need is a tension headache right now). Hope that helps!! If you need personalized advice shoot me a DM for a virtual consult 🙃
