Personally, I’m a big fan of fennel and hot water with lemon after eating to help with digestion, I also always walk after dinner so I’m not going to bed on a full stomach.

There are so many factors that go into improving gut health and it’s best to take a multi-faceted approach. Filling yourself up with supplements won’t help if you aren’t addressing the rest of the issues. ?‍♀️
