So here are my favorite non-dairy desserts. I mean there’s prob some dairy in the chocolate bananas ?♀️ so don’t come @ me lol
And yes, I am a personal trainer who eats dessert almost every night. #moderation ✌️
The best part about these is that they are single servings. So, having a mochi after dinner instead of a giant bowl of ice cream is a much better serving size.
