For me… everyday looks different, that’s the nature of my work, and how I’ve always lived my life.
So no, I don’t have a morning routine or daily rituals but I always get shit done. ? #sorrynotsorry
It’s all about finding what works for you, not other people. ? I stay consistent and get my workouts in because I put them in my calendar. I carve out time, even on the days that seem to have no time.
There’s always a way to make it work. Sometimes it just takes a little trial and error to get there.
➡️ So whether you’re the person who gets up and does the same thing everyday, in the same order, or if you’re like me and time block your days down to the minute because they are always changing. You CAN be consistent with your healthy habits too.
