I workout 5 days a week. Almost every week. ?‍♀️ Wonder Why?

Well, it’s my job. lol..no one wants a lazy personal trainer but I am also a huge believer in practicing what I preach. ?

But more importantly, in all my work with older adults as an Occupational Therapist, I have a keen sense of awareness of what living a sedentary life can do to you. I never want to be the person who can’t get down on the floor with the grandkids, or needs a walker to walk around a grocery store because it’s the only day of the week I get out of the house.

One of my clients told me he rode 75 miles across Europe with his wife for his 75th birthday. And you know what, that’s the kind of life goals I want to have. So I am starting now. Maybe I will share my bucket list one day.

Aging is inevitable. But it’s up to you what that looks like.?
