?This is especially true when it comes to fitness…
BUT over the past 10 years I’ve hired multiple coaches for different reasons. Fitness, business (❤️ you @jillfit !), life. And every single one brought so much VALUE and direction to what I was doing.
This isn’t to say I couldn’t of got there on my own, but having a coach ACCELERATED ? the process, kept me accountable to my goals, called me on my bullshit, and taught me more than I could learn from watching ig ?
