Spoiler…It is possible! There’s never a perfect substitute for a full gym setup but you can use what you have, do lots of reps, and add resistance bands and a broomstick to make it harder. Try this home workout using a superband and a dowel. Believe me, it still burns ?
Do 4-5 rounds
1. Thrusters – squat with overhead press – 20 reps
2. Lunge with forward reach – 10/side
3. Hamstring kickback complex – 8 of each exercise/side
If you want to turn this into a good calorie burn feel free to add sprints (running or bike) after each round to get extra sweaty ?
