It’s simple as this. YES, those exercises help. But if that’s all you are doing and not progressing past that to incorporate full-body movements, you will never get where you want to be. 🤷♀️
I work on training bodies to move well, not just isolating one muscle group. Sometimes we need to start with the core, but learning how to use your body and feel great as you move through your day is the ultimate goal.
