Many people look to their partner for support, and then get frustrated when they aren’t on the same page.
Fall off track easily? You may blame it on your husband, your work, your kids. But the reality is these are all just pieces of the puzzle.
So instead of looking to your partner for support try finding a friend to keep each other accountable, hire a coach, do an online program, join a fitness class or order meals to be delivered. Outside accountability is SO important, especially when you are just getting back into it.
After a while you may be surprised that once your partner starts to see you get results, they may be more likely to get on board too 😉
