As kids, we are told to just go run! It’s not exactly something we take lessons for. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I realized there is more to running than just… running.
Most people CAN run, but surprisingly not everyone can intuitively run well.
Running well takes 3 ingredients
– Good form
– Strength, symmetry, and balance
