I never realized how many unhealthy habits I had compared to everyone here…Shit, I thought I was healthy! I worked out? I wasn’t overweight. Isn’t that what it is all about?

? If you want to be successful at something, look around and do what successful people do. This can apply to anything, work, fitness, relationships…

So what did I do, ➡️ I looked around and started following suit. I didn’t want to change who I was, I just wanted to be a healthier version of myself. So, I ate what other people ate, I went to the workouts other people went to, and I spent more time outside because that’s what healthy people do right?

But when I take a step back and look at what I really did… ? ??????? ?? ??????, ?? ? ????? ?????? ?? ????.

Our habits are more about WHO you want to be rather than WHAT you are doing. ?

We are all a work in progress, which is why I created my 7 day #SpringForward, workout accountability challenge. ?

I want you to surround yourself with other people on the same path, working towards a common goal, and have fun while you’re at it!

CONSISTENCY is the name of the game, and there’s no better way to start than by jumping in with both feet.
