I had a friend message me the other day telling me that she tried the exercises I posted. She could NOT BELIEVE how tight her chest and upper back were, and how much better she felt afterward. ?‍♀️

This is a pretty common story— you get so used to being tight, maybe have some daily aches and pains, but it becomes so routine that you just start to ignore it. ?

It’s not until people are in major pain and can’t do things that they end up seeking out a professional like me… ?

All this to say…being proactive is so key‼️ And I love when my clients start implementing these small changes in their workout routines to see BIG results.

I promise you the 10 minutes a day pays off 10 fold in the long run.
