This is a pretty common story— you get so used to being tight, maybe have some daily aches and pains, but it becomes so routine that you just start to ignore it. ?
It’s not until people are in major pain and can’t do things that they end up seeking out a professional like me… ?
All this to say…being proactive is so key‼️ And I love when my clients start implementing these small changes in their workout routines to see BIG results.
