Have you forgotten how to play? 🤔

I know I do every once in a while. It’s easy to get wrapped up in life, become a prisoner to the daily grind. But as school comes to an end and summer is upon us…it’s okay to focus on making time for fun too. 😊

We know that play is important for children to help improve their coordination, social skills, fine and gross motor skills. So why is a forgotten part of an adults weekly routine?

This summer I challenge you to make time to play. Movement is movement, and whether it be running around with your kids, getting out for a game of {insert favorite thing here} with friends, or simply playing smash ball on the beach…fitness can be fun, and you don’t have to be athletic to get moving. 🏃‍♀️
