Having accountability is crucial… if 1:1 training isn’t in the cards find yourself a workout buddy, hire an online coach, find an app that works for you, whatever you do…just…keep…moving. Use the momentum of yesterday to push you forward, because we all know everything is harder to start from a dead stop.
