You are not too old, and it is NEVER too late.

I recently did a consult with a mom of 3 in her mid 40’s who said, “I think it’s too late for me to get into shape again….it’s been too long since I’ve tried”.

And it’s not the first time I’ve heard this. Whether it’s been 5 months or 5 years since you’ve worked out, let me tell you… it’s NEVER too late to start prioritizing your health. (And there’s a good chance the last time you tried, you weren’t taking the right approach, which is why you didn’t stick with it)

I’ve had clients in their 70’s who have never worked out in their life start lifting weights and become the strongest they’ve ever been.

So no mama, it’s never too late.

You just need a solid plan, and consistency to see results.
