why I do high intensity exercise and you should too…

I’m a firm believer that high intensity exercise is one of the best treatments for anxiety and panic attacks. It allows your body to be okay with being uncomfortable. It trains your mind to accept that the heart racing, skin flushed, overwhelming feeling that you get is normal, temporary and you can work through it.

It also provides you with a huge dose of endorphins which doesn’t hurt. It’s okay to push yourself to the edge of your comfort zone or even a little further every once in a while…you will never know what peace you will find there.
