I posted in my story last week that these have been a big hit with my clients. I’ve learned to get creative with them to increase the intensity of workouts at home or at the gym.
They are awesome when used alone or in combination with dumbbells or a dowel (more advanced videos coming later).
Here is a basic full body circuit that will definitely get your muscles burning if you’re just starting out! ?
Do 4-5 rounds
▫️10 good mornings
▫️15 lat pulldowns (can anchor over a doorway or on a hook)
▫️10 upright rows
▫️15 straight leg kickbacks
▫️leg circles to failure on each side (immediately after kickbacks)
