This 50-minute outdoor class is designed to challenge you in all the right ways. A combination of strength training, core rehabilitation, stretching, and overall conditioning, with modifications for mothers at all stages of postpartum recovery.
Who is this for?
Best for moms who have been cleared for exercise, with babies from 1-12 months old.
Equipment Needed
Bring a yoga mat for you and blanket for baby. You can also choose to bring a baby carrier, stroller or carseat. Wherever baby is most comfortable!
Cost
Starts at $115/6 weeks. See options below. All classes are pre-paid, no refunds for cancellations. Classes canceled due to weather will be held on Zoom.
Location
Santa Barbara Mission Park (on the grass infront of the rose garden). Location subject to change with advanced notice.

October 2nd - November 6th. Bonus class on November 13th!
Group Classes are Mondays @ 11:00.
Injuries and Modifications
With a background in postpartum rehabilitation, Natasha is experienced in providing modifications and appropriate exercise for many postpartum and orthopedic injuries. Please let us know at the beginning of class if you need modifications.

Natasha is the owner of Fit Mama Santa Barbara, where she provides personal training and wellness services for women during all stages of motherhood.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Masters of Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University, Canada. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist, Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and has been a Personal Trainer since 2009.
She started Fit Mama SB when her daughter was born (2014) as a way to provide education and help other moms rebuild strength and rehab their bodies postpartum. This ultimately led to a full-time business, an online community, and many other exciting ventures along the way. You can find her on Instagram @fitmamasb
