Many of the workouts are designed for new moms, and I offer lots of modifications throughout. The Diastasis Recti series is specifically designed for this and should be done first, before jumping into full body workouts. You can always message us in the app with questions.

All workouts are led by Natasha Caleel, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Occupational Therapist. She will coach you through each workout with lots of modifications and important form tips which is very helpful for those with muscle imbalances or weaknesses. We also offer monthly office hours to pop in and ask a question, or you can send us a message in the app.
