It’s amazing how working WITH your body can be the big dial-mover when it comes to feeling your best.

If you asked me 10 years ago what healthy looked like to me, I’d tell you ‘132 pounds’ and it didn’t matter what it took to get there ? Luckily, times have changed.

That being said… I have a big announcement this week! ?

Been working on something completely new and I’m looking forward to sharing a little more on my own health journey and why I created this new program.
