“What kind of food do YOU eat?”
“Are you an athlete?”
“Do you think this is healthy?”
“Do you eat cheese?”
(Mind you, I am usually just coming from gym, so I guess it’s not that random…haha)
It makes me laugh a little. But I get it. If you want to be fit and healthy, look around do what healthy people do.
This gets muddled on social media… everyone’s always promoting some new thing that will get you to where you want to be, and it can be intimidating for someone just starting to implement healthy habits ?
So this week we are talking about all things FOOD. ? Meal prep, snacking habits, choosing nutrient dense food and some of the best tips I give my clients when it comes to coaching healthy behaviors.
