‼️ If you are prone to lazy glutes and jump right into exercise without loosening up the overachieving muscles first (ahem, hamstrings I’m looking at you ?), you’re going to want to try this !!

I can always feel a major difference in how much glute contraction I get when I loosen and stretch my hamstrings and TFL before doing glute work like bridges.
