‼️ If you are prone to lazy glutes and jump right into exercise without loosening up the overachieving muscles first (ahem, hamstrings I’m looking at you 👀), you’re going to want to try this !!

I can always feel a major difference in how much glute contraction I get when I loosen and stretch my hamstrings and TFL before doing glute work like bridges.
