 We specialize in working with women of all ages and body types. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, increase endurance or simply learn new healthy habits we have a program to suit your needs.  Our advanced skills allow us to safely work with those postpartum or recovering from injury, leading to better results and increased overall health. We cater to the needs of busy women, making fitness enjoyable and convenient.

Gym workouts are best for those who are able to come to the gym (children always welcome!) and want to be pushed to the next level. Treat yourself to some 1:1 time or make it a family affair. We have all the equipment you need to help you reach your goals.

Virtual training is great for those who do not live local to SB or have limited time to squeeze in a workout between meetings. Just as effective as in home training at a fraction of the cost.

All plans include initial consultation, nutritional guidance, daily accountability, monthly check-ins and measurements, and access to our exclusive app to track workouts, send messages, and stay on track between sessions.
