May is mental health awareness month ✨ So this week we’re talking all about postpartum anxiety.
I joke that I’m not just a postpartum fitness specialist, but also a therapist 😜. Because I hear it ALL during my client sessions… and I pride myself in making it a safe place for people to share all the things.
This is a reoccurring theme with my clients… and most people are ashamed to admit that they are struggling. Because it’s normal to feel that way after having a baby right? – Negative.
Often when the oxytocin high wears off, that’s when anxiety starts to creep in… and when it starts affecting your everyday life, it’s so so important to reach out for help. You don’t have to feel that way mama ❤️
I have an amazing network of professionals that I refer to in town, and know quite a bit about managing anxiety myself, and help coach my clients on lifestyle changes to aid with this .
