Online Personal Training- What’s all the hype?

There are tons of free resources online that tell you how to workout. What to do, when to do it, inspirational videos of people doing complex exercises with ease. So if all of this is available, why is it so hard to figure out what is best for you?

The answer- You aren’t a fitness professional, and even if you are not everyone has the drive to plan out what to do for themselves. The more energy it takes to think about what to in your workouts the less energy and motivation you have to actually do them.

All good things start with a plan, and that’s where online personal training comes in. Whether you are following a DIY program or have one custom tailored for you we all need a plan to keep us on track. Because if you aren’t working harder and progressing your program as you go you will never get the results that you are looking for.

So how can personal training help?

Gives you a blueprint for success
Your program is designed specifically for you. We take your goals, your limitations and your schedule into account to design a program that will get you to where you want to be, faster. If you’re going to put the time and energy into working out you want to make sure you are doing what will get you there faster. You wouldn’t start renovating your house without a plan so why is your own health any different?

Provides the accountability you need to keep going
Humans naturally perform better when they know someone is watching. So if you have someone doing the workouts with you or checking in weekly the human component makes a big difference. Our app gives you the ability to view your schedule, check in for your workouts and message your trainer with any questions or concerns. I am currently booking free coaching calls for anyone thinking of joining an online training program. Schedule now to see if we’re a good fit!

Takes out the guesswork
Have you ever done a workout you read online and wondered if you’re even doing it properly? Exercises work best when done with proper form and the right resistance. There is a big difference between doing squats fast with improper form and doing them slow with proper form using an appropriate weight. One will give you the booty you are striving for while the other may give you a knee injury.

Gives you the option to make changes
The biggest thing that derails people from their fitness goals is when something interrupts their plan. An injury or crazy work schedule can get in the way of your workouts but if you have a personal trainer who you can trust they can modify your plan accordingly.  I update my clients workouts every week so they can still get them in no matter what is going on in their lives. This keeps them going even if things look a little different than originally planned.

My new online personal training programs are affordable, easy to follow and give you the flexibility you need to succeed. Programs start February 2nd and registration opens January 18th. Book your free online coaching session to chat about your goals and learn how my program will set you up for success. There are a limited number of spots available so don’t wait to secure your spot!
