Kinesiotaping is different than bracing because braces do the work FOR you, which can actually cause your muscles to get weaker. ❌
Taping acts as feedback to your muscles and fascia to move in the right way and can help wake up muscles that need a little extra attention, and support the ones who are weak. ✅
