When I had my daughter in 2014 I experienced first hand how challenging it was to work exercise into my day. I had lingering pains and weakness from pregnancy and I realized that going back to my old gym routine wasn't an option at the time.
I've worked in the healthcare and wellness industry since graduating from Kinesiology in 2009. My work with women taught me that many workout programs ignore the issues that most new moms are faced with.
Not feeling like yourself in your own body affects your mood, self esteem, sex drive and motivation to get back into a routine.
I strive to help you love your body again and feel strong and ready to take on anything in life. Need to scoop up a screaming toddler or push a stroller up a steep hill? My programs will give you the ability and strength you need to know that you can handle it!
My education and expertise makes me best suited to address issues such as diastasis recti (ab separation), pelvic floor dysfunction, poor posture, nutrition concerns, and pregnancy related injuries.

IF YOUR GOAL IS TO LOSE WEIGHT, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD ON A 10 MINUTE WORKOUT THAT IS BOUND TO GET YOUR SWEATY TO FINISH OFF YOUR WORKOUT EACH DAY.
NEED TO GIVE YOUR CORE SOME EXTRA ATTENTION? ADD THE CORE SERIES TO YOUR PLAN TO REBUILD YOUR CORE FROM THE INSIDE OUT. GREAT FOR THOSE WHO ARE POSTPARTUM OR RECOVERING FROM INJURY.
THE MOBILITY SERIES FOCUSES ON FULL BODY MOBILITY TO KEEP YOU STRONG AND MOBILE TO TACKLE ANYTHING LIFE THROWS AT YOU. ALSO GREAT FOR THOSE WHO ARE PRONE TO INJURY OR WANT TO INCREASE FLEXIBILITY.

What equipment do I need
Programs require a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, a loop band and an exercise ball. Don't have something? No worries, modifications will be available as needed.
What is the value?
Online personal trainers can cost up to $250/month. Get all the benefits of an online program for just $65/month during our fall sale.
What if I'm not sure what track to choose?
Online personal training should be just that, personal. If you aren't sure what track to choose me and my coaches are here to help. Let's have a chat about your goals, your strengths and weaknesses, and what you need to do to improve. Always here to help, every step of the way.
Are you going to be running this again in the future?
I will not be running this group coaching program again until the new year. So if you are wanting to get in shape before the holidays now is the time!
Do I need to use the app?
Yes. Our app is available in iOS and Android. This is where you will find all your workouts, be able to connect with others, message your trainer and view our library of exercise videos.
How many people are in the group?
There are only 20-30 people in the group. This allows me to give you the attention you deserve but also established a community of women to help keep you motivated.
What if I enroll and realize this isn't for me?
This program provides options for all levels. Want to just focus on core? Great, stick to the core program. Want to reap the benefits of all the add ons? Choose a different one each day or do all 3 when time permits. You can also choose to delay your start date if September 13th does not work. There are no refunds but you can use your credit towards another program or online service.
How is this different than 1:1 coaching?
There are a few key differences between these group programs and 1:1 coaching.
1) You are assigned the same workouts as everyone else in the group. You are welcome to modify them yourself but I will not be changing the workouts for you on the app. My 1:1 clients get workouts specifically designed for them, I make them based on their level and goals.
2) There are no private zoom sessions in group coaching. I will have office hours each month but my private clients get a zoom call or virtual training session each month.
3) In group coaching we focus on establishing healthy eating habits but it does not include personalized nutrition services like macros coaching or dietitian services. My 1:1 programs do!

What is the time commitment ?
You will receive 4 20 minute workouts/week. This is the signature program. You can choose to add on additional 10 minute workouts when time permits, or choose to do these on a different day. Workouts can be done at home or at the gym and are easy to follow. You can choose to complete all of the days or substitute them as needed.
How will you help with my nutrition?
I will provide you with all the information and guidance you need to get started with a healthy eating routine and stay on track throughout the 60 days . We make nutrition simple and easy and will help you eat foods to help fuel your workouts rather than work against you. You can always sign up for additional nutritional coaching if needed.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! If you'd like to split your payment into two payments please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you an invoice.
